Anatole X

Anatole X is a division of Anatole Exteriors that is exclusively dedicated to offering solutions and bringing success to our local clients and their building needs. This division has given us the opportunity to prioritize small to medium sized EIFS projects, while offering more cost-effective solutions for these projects in our community.

Anatole X also addresses another vital issue that most contractors have encountered on every construction projects undertaken in the past few years: a lack of available craftsmen/women in the workforce. New people endeavoring into the world of skilled construction trades has been on the decline for years. Anatole X, however, is part of a thoughtfully developed program in which Anatole Exteriors is training and developing the next generation of skilled EIFS craftspeople.

EIFS Craftsman Apprenticeship

The EIFS Craftsman Apprenticeship program in our Anatole X division is one that was developed in order to meet two vital needs. The first need is that of giving ambitious laborers or tradespeople looking to learn a craft and grow into a profession the opportunity to do so. These men and women can heighten themselves from working at a job to establishing a career that is not only enjoyable but greatly beneficial to themselves and their families. Second, the program gives Anatole Exteriors as a whole the ability to create quality EIFS installation crews in-house that are capable of successfully completing any project and facing any challenge with excellence, ingenuity, and integrity.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work locally within an hour radius of Cleveland, TN. You’ll work under the direction and training of a skilled EIFS craftsman with several years of EIFS installation experience. You’ll train on mock up walls in our warehouse, work hands-on with real projects, get dirty, and ultimately be proud of what you do when you can finally say, “I made that wall.”

Education

Being an EIFS craftsman is a trade career that generally requires an apprenticeship. In said apprenticeship, you will learn a combination of construction, plastering, and weatherproofing skills. While most companies require a high school diploma or equivalent, we encourage you to apply whatever your educational background may be.
