Our Story

Anatole Exteriors was founded in 1997 and started out as a small, family-run business at the hands of our beloved patriarch, Anatoly, who had been a builder in Russia for his entire life. From there, our company has grown from a locally known subcontractor into a widely known construction firm throughout the southeastern United States. Driven by a mission to make a meaningful impact on our customers’ lives, we are a company with a proven reputation, composed of seasoned builders who are passionate about their craft. For over 21 years, Anatole Exteriors has been servicing the southeast with premium exterior facade work in both the commercial and residential construction industry. We are the trusted choice of many businesses and whether your needs are simple or complex, we are excited to assist you and your project needs.

Our Team

Michael Maslov

President

Michael has always enjoyed working in the construction industry. From the young age of 16 years old, he labored on various job sites for his family’s construction business. Through hardwork and dedication, Mike worked his way up the in industry and would eventually become a part owner of Anatole Exteriors. Following the unexpected passing of his eldest brother, Tim, Mike stepped up and assumed the role of President and CEO. He has expertise in all areas of project management, estimating, and business development. But by far, his favorite part of the job is working with individuals who are constantly striving for more in both their professional lives and their personal lives.

Kristina Lutsenko

Financial Controller

Kristina Lutsenko is the Financial Controller at Anatole Exteriors. Her responsibilities encompass many aspects of our company including AP/AR, billing, bookkeeping & customer service. Her desire to serve others goes beyond her job description; she enjoys serving at her local church as well as providing meals for the homeless shelter. In her free time, she loves to cook, do puzzles and spend time with her husband.

Joseph Reed

VP of Business Development

As Chief Estimator and VP of Business Development, Joseph works hard to finalize estimates for projects, negotiate bids, oversee sales, and lead Anatole Exteriors in the generation of new and ongoing business. Joseph is also the father of four wonderful teenagers and pre-teens. Much of his time outside of the office is spent enjoying time with them, attending their sporting events, and being involved with his church.

Dima Ryazantsev

Project Manager

After starting his career in accounting, Dima took a leap and made the transition to a position in the construction industry as a project manager. Dima enjoys working with people to resolve challenges on the job and strives overall to make the world a better place. When he’s not at work, Dima likes to spend time with his wife, Larisa and their children, Azur, Estella and Evoleht.

Edward Shindy

Estimating | Sales Manager

With over a decade of experience in project management and contract administration, Edward recently relocated to Chattanooga after spending four years in NYC working in high-end residential construction. In his free time, Edward enjoys composing music, tackling the great outdoors, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Matt Flowers

Lead Estimator

With a strong background in production, Matt brings a focus on continuous improvement to his role as a Lead Estimator. He constantly strives to adapt to serve customers in new ways as products, processes, and markets continue to change. In his spare time, Matt enjoys performing as a musician and loves helping other artists bring their creative visions to life at his home studio.

Bogdan Ostapenko

Project Estimator

As a former graduate of Lee University and a teacher of mathematics, Bogdan applies his analytical talents and problem solving skills to create accurate estimates based on architectural, civil, and structural plans. As an employee of Anatole Exteriors, he enjoys encouraging his coworkers and serving customers with a joyful spirit. Bogdan is wonderfully married to his best friend Anna, and is blessed with two precious daughters Mariam and Daniella. Investing into his family is his favorite time of the day. When time permits, he finds interest in fixing broken toys, playing chess, and reading theological literature.

Gene Maslov

Quality Control Manager

Gene has over seventeen years of experience in the construction industry. With a thorough and detail-oriented work ethic, Gene is focused on project success through strategic team building and technical expertise. Everyday he oversees the execution of each project to achieve a successful outcome at the highest level of quality. In his personal life, he is a talented photographer and videographer.

Hilda Cruz

Operations Coordinator

As Operations Coordinator, Hilda’s duties include creating info sheets for general contractors, requesting warranties, certificates of insurance and assisting the Project Management team to ensure every project is a positive experience. Originally from Mexico, she is fluent in English and Spanish. This allows Hilda to also serve as translator between project managers and subcontractors. Her hobbies include hiking, traveling, and helping translate documents.

Laura Navor

Operations Assistant

Laura joins the Anatole team as an Operations Admin Assistant. After 7+ years of experience in Retail Banking, Laura decided to change her career path to a new industry. Her responsibilities are assisting the PMs to implement project goals, Assist the PMs and Subs with communication, and invoices. Laura is bilingual, she is fluent in Spanish and English. In her free time, Laura enjoys outdoor activities, hiking, travel and spend time with her family.

Brandon Deuster

Fabrication Manager

As Fabrication Manager, Brandon’s job is to oversee the prefabrication department from the raw material stage all the way to the finished product. He has been involved in the construction field and customer service since High School. Brandon enjoys the challenges of new tasks and continuously growing his knowledge base at Anatole. He spends his free time with his family, his dog, woodworking, and most anything outdoors.
